Hard rock fans, the wait is over! Mike Tramp, the iconic voice of White Lion, is set to perform the songs of White Lion in Australia for the first time in 20 years. This marks Mike Tramp’s first tour of Australia since 2008, and it promises to be a spectacular celebration of White Lion’s timeless hits.
Mike Tramp’s White Lion has now released two volumes of reimagined White Lion classics ("The Songs Of White Lion, Volume 1 & 2") breathing new life into the hits, anthems and some classic album cuts all of which have both been well received by media and fans alike. The songs sound fresh and are a clear representation of Mike Tramps musical evolution, four decades into his career.
On the tour, Mike Tramp says:
"When I moved to Australia at the end of 1999, I totally fell in love with Australia and the Aussie way of life. Unfortunately, I had arrived too late and was not able to build a music career there. But the many shows I got to play around Australia, is forever embedded in me, and when I moved back home to Denmark in 2008, I swore that I was not done with Australia. Now at the end of January 2025 the dream is coming true and I get the bring "Songs of White Lion" to Australia with a full band, and it thrills me that I once again get a chance to see familiar faces in the crowd, and can now honestly say that I have now done it all. Aussie, Aussie, Aussie!"
Fans can expect a night filled with nostalgia, energy, and the rock ‘n’ roll spirit that made White Lion one of the biggest hard rock bands of the 80s and early 90s and a staple on MTV.
