Jack Gardiner

JACK GARDINER has announced his first Australian tour for April 2026, with an all-star band including bassist HENRIK LINDER (Dirty Loops), PORTER BLIQUEZ on drums & ROB ARAUJO on keys.

Gardiner is a highly acclaimed solo artist and session guitarist from the UK. Hailed by Guitar World as “one seriously gifted guitar player” he has earned his reputation through a dedication to mastering control, theory, technique and phrasing across various styles.

Starting his professional journey at just 15, Jack performed with prominent rap and R&B artists like KOF and Janice Myers, including appearances on BBC Radio One Live Lounge at Maida Vale Studios. By 16, he was under the tutelage of world-renowned fusion guitarist Tom Quayle, who significantly influenced his style and sound.

In 2017, Jack's career took a significant leap when Stu Hamm (Steve Vai) invited him to join the Greatest Hits Tour. That same year, Jack joined the ’80s pop/rock band China Crisis.

2020 marked a milestone for Jack with the release of his debut single, SkyBluePink feat. Owane, followed by his solo EP Escapades. Guitar World praised SkyBluePink for its precision and heart and lauded Escapades as a "fusion masterclass" showcasing his formidable chops and exquisite note choices.

By 2024, Jack had expanded his discography with two more EPs and embarked on tours across Europe and Japan, supporting Plini and Arch Echo. His collaborations include work with artists such as Henrik Linder (Dirty Loops) and Riccardo Oliva (Matteo Mancuso). 

Jack also performed at major festivals like Rewind Festival, RADAR Festival, and W-Festival and has shared his expertise through masterclasses alongside legends like Guthrie Govan, Andy Timmons, Nick Johnston, and Greg Howe.

Support at all shows comes from Australian experimental jazz trio BREKKY BOY. Famous for their arrangement of Centrelink’s hold music, they have toured alongside Snarky Puppy, Lettuce & Anika Nilles (Rush) as well as touring Europe and performing at Montreaux Jazz Festival, SXSW and Nisville Jazz Festival.
